Republic India Economic Summit 2025: Republic Media Network’s India Economic Summit 2025 started on a grand note on Friday i.e. 28th November. Republic TV is organizing the India Economic Summit for the fifth time in which personalities like Amitabh Kant, Union Minister Piyush Goyal and Hardeep Singh Puri will give their views on the country’s economy.
The theme of the 2025 India Economic Summit is “India’s Global Moment”, which will highlight the country’s growing economic influence, emerging global opportunities and its ambitious path to becoming a $30 trillion economy by 2047.

Republic Media Network’s India Economic Summit 2025 has started, whose first speaker is Amitabh Kant, former CEO of NITI Aayog. “In 2014, India was struggling with the dual balance sheet problem, corporates had huge debt on their balance sheets and banks also had very high NPAs,” he said during his address at the event.
‘Will be included in the top 3 economies of the world’
He further said- “Then the Indian economy was considered one of the fragile five economies of the world. In this decade, we have moved from the fragile five to the top 4 economies. In one and a half years, we will be among the top 3 economies of the world.”
Amitabh Kant said that as “Prime Minister Modi has announced yesterday, the nuclear sector will be opened up to the private sector, which till now has been a monopoly of the public sector. In the last 3-4 years, we have opened up the space sector and the drone sector for private participation. Now, you will see a large number of young companies coming into this area of nuclear development. One of the biggest features of the Indian economy in the last decade has been the creation of the spirit of free enterprise. The government will be supportive of this and will encourage private sector development. Will give speed”.
