Cognizant, Microsoft and Intel CEOs meet PM Modi: America’s Trump government has imposed a heavy tariff of 50 percent on India. Due to this, relations between India and America regarding trade have become a bit tense. Indian exports to America were also greatly affected due to heavy tariffs. However, India has refused to bow down to this tariff of Trump. PM Modi himself had said that for him the interests of the country’s people and farmers are paramount, for this he will continue to work for this without sacrificing his personal relations.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, CEOs of three leading IT companies of the world met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. These three meetings are considered special from the point of view of promoting AI in India and further strengthening the technology in the country.
In Delhi, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Cognizant CEO Ravi Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director S Rajesh Warrier and Intel Corporation CEO Lip-Bu Tan met Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss accelerating the adoption of AI in India. During this, he also announced and talked about investment worth billions of rupees in India.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella shared the photo after meeting PM Modi and wrote, “Thank you, Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, for an inspiring conversation on India’s AI opportunity.”
Announcing the investment in the country, he said, “To support the country’s ambitions, Microsoft is investing US$17.5 billion to help build the infrastructure, skills and sovereign capabilities needed for India’s AI-dominated future—our largest investment ever in Asia.”
On Nadella’s announcement, PM Modi said, “When it comes to AI, the world is optimistic about India! Had a very fruitful discussion with Mr. Satya Nadella. Glad to see that India is becoming the place where Microsoft will make its biggest investment ever in Asia. The youth of India will take advantage of this opportunity to innovate and harness the power of AI for a better planet.”

Intel Corporation CEO Lip-Boo Tan has expressed his views in a meeting with PM Modi. Sharing the pictures on his official He further said, “I commend the Prime Minister for implementing a comprehensive semiconductor design and manufacturing policy and Intel is committed to supporting the India Semiconductor Mission.”
Commenting on CEO Lip’s words, PM Modi said, “It is a pleasure to meet Mr. Lip-Boo Tan. India welcomes Intel’s commitment towards our journey in the semiconductor sector. I am confident that Intel will have a great time working with our youth to build an innovation-driven future for technology.”

Recently PM Modi and Putin met
PM Modi is using many masterstrokes to give a befitting reply to Trump tariffs. Recently Russian President Vladimir Putin visited India. During this period, many big agreements regarding trade were signed between India and Russia. Both the countries also talked about taking their bilateral trade to 100 billion dollars before 2030.
Not only this, due to the reason Trump had imposed an additional tariff of 25 percent on India, India and Russia did not bow down at all to him and Russian President Putin himself said that Russia will continue to export oil to India without any hindrance and at a fast pace. Let us tell you that America had imposed an additional 25 percent tariff on India saying that India purchases oil from Russia, and Russia uses the money received from it in the war with Ukraine.
At the same time, during the meeting between PM Modi and Putin, free trade was also discussed.
