IND vs SA 3rd T20I: The third match of the 5-match T20 series between India vs South Africa was played at Dharamshala Cricket Ground, which India won by 7 wickets. In the match, India won the toss and invited South Africa to bat first. South Africa, batting first, scored only 117 runs in the stipulated 20 overs, which India achieved in just 15.5 overs. Now India is ahead 2-1 in the series. At the same time, India performed brilliantly in bowling, due to which South Africa did not get a chance to make a big score.
Abhishek Sharma and Gill played useful innings
In the third T20, along with Abhishek Sharma, Shubman Gill also played useful innings for the team. Abhishek Sharma scored a brilliant 35 runs in just 18 balls. Abhishek Sharma hit 3 fours and 3 long sixes in his innings. Apart from Abhishek, Tilak Verma also played a good innings for the team. Tilak Verma scored 25 runs. Shubman Gill scored 28 runs. Captain Suryakumar Yadav scored 12 runs. India won the match by scoring 120 runs in 15.5 overs.
Batting first, South Africa could score only 117 runs in the allotted 20 overs. However, South African captain Aiden Markram scored brilliant half-centuries, but could not take the team’s score beyond 117. After Aiden Markram, Donovan Ferreira scored the highest 20 runs for South Africa.
Excellent bowling by Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana
The bowling from India had a great start in the third T20 match. Arshdeep Singh took a wicket in the first over, while Harshit Rana also sent back Quinton de Kock in the first over. In this match, Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana took 2-2 wickets, while Kuldeep Yadav and Varun Chakraborty also took 2-2 wickets. Hardik Pandya and Shivam Dubey took one wicket each.
