T20 World Cup 2026: T20 World Cup is going to start from February 7, 2026 and its final match will be played on March 8. The first match of the Indian team is going to be played against USA in Mumbai on 7th February. Apart from this, the great match of India vs Pakistan is going to happen on 15th February.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially announced the squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. Players like Ishan Kishan to Rinku Singh have been included in the T20 World Cup, while players like Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant have been left out.
After the announcement of the team for the T20 World Cup, now former Indian team player and commentator Aakash Chopra has formed an alternative team, in which many such players have been included, whose names will surprise you too.
Pain overflows for Yashasvi Jaiswal
Former Indian team player and commentator Aakash Chopra, while making an alternative team for the T20 World Cup 2026, said about Yashasvi Jaiswal on his YouTube channel, ‘It seems that something wrong has happened to him regarding Yashasvi Jaiswal. Despite being in the team since 2024 and performing well, he was not included in the team. Was not included in T20 because of playing test match. In Akash’s eyes, Jaiswal should be in the T20 World Cup team.
Shubman Gill out from Akash team
On one side of Aakash Chopra’s team, Rishabh Pant to Mohammad Siraj, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammad Sami and KL Rahul are included, while ODI team captain Shubhman Gill is out of his team.
