“Raids by security agencies across multiple locations in Delhi, National Capital Region and Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir, which led to the recovery of large quantities of explosives, are believed to have prompted the suspect to act hastily under mounting pressure. Prima facie, it appears that the explosion occurred due to panic due to raids carried out by security agencies to nab the suspect,” the source said.
