65.08% of polling in the first phase of Bihar Assembly elections
In the first phase (November 6, 2025), voter turnout was 65.08%, a record for the state, according to the Election Commission of India. This phase also ended peacefully, with the poll body stating that no re-polling was recommended in more than 45,000 polling stations.
