The no-late fee application window will remain open until November 16, 2025, while forms submitted with a late fee will be accepted until November 19, 2025.
CA exams for January 2026 will be conducted across various centers in India and abroad. ICAI has advised candidates to fill out their forms carefully and use the correction window if necessary, as changes in exam city and medium will be allowed from 20 November to 22 November 2025.
The final CA exams for the first group are scheduled to be held on January 5, 7, and 9, while the second group will be held on January 11, 13, and 16, 2026. For the intermediate course, the first group exams will be held on January 6, 8, and 10, and the second group exams will be held on January 12, 15, and 17, 2026. The foundation course exam will be held on January 18. 20, 22, 24, 2026.
A 15-minute advance reading time will be provided from 1:45pm to 2pm for all papers except Foundation Papers 3 and 4 and Post-Qualification Course papers.

Exam fees for ICAI exams
For Indian centres, the intermediate course examination fee is Rs 1,500 for one set or module (excluding Module 2) and Rs 2,700 for both sets or module 2. For the final course, candidates need to pay Rs 1,800 for one set and Rs 3,300 for both sets.

The foundation course fee is Rs 1,500, while the International Tax Assessment Test (INTT–AT) and the Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination each carry a fee of Rs 2,000.
A late fee of INR 600 will be applied to candidates appearing at the Indian, Thimphu and Kathmandu centres, while applicants from overseas centers will have to pay a late fee of USD 10 after the last date.
