I know that when I can bat like this in the middle order, it helps the team a lot. It boosts my confidence, in any situation in the middle order, I can handle it and bring it in favor of the team.”
He further added, “When you play for so long, 15-16 years, you doubt yourself. Especially as a batsman, when one mistake can get you out. It’s a whole journey of getting better and getting better as a person. It makes you better as a person, and it also makes your temperament better. I am happy that I am still able to contribute to the team. When I play freely, I know I can hit sixes.” There are always levels you can unlock.”

Talking about his favorite century of the series played in Ranchi, Virat said, “The first innings was the best innings of this series.
