The launch of this Apple Store in Noida adjacent to Delhi is scheduled to take place tomorrow, 11th December. This Apple store will open in DLF Mall of India, Noida, which will be the first store in Uttar Pradesh. Before the opening, some glimpses of this Apple Store have been revealed.
Before this, Apple has opened many of its stores in India. Apple stores have opened in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Pune. Now with its opening in Noida, it will be the 5th Apple store in the country.
Second store will open in Delhi-NCR
This store of iPhone maker Apple is going to open on Wednesday, December 11 in the famous DLF Mall of India in Noida. This will be the company’s second store in Delhi-NCR. Apart from Noida, Apple already has an Apple store in Saket, Delhi.
Located in DLF Mall, this store is spread over an area of 8,240.78 square feet. According to media reports, Apple has taken it on lease for 11 years. Knowing its fare will make the ground slip beneath your feet. It is being told that the total rent of this Apple store in DLF Mall will be around Rs 65 crore.
According to the information received, Apple has taken six units on lease on the ground floor of the mall. The monthly rent is Rs 263.15 per square foot. The monthly rent will be around Rs 45.3 lakh, which means the annual rent will be around Rs 5.4 crore. The rent for the entire period of 11 years will be around Rs 65 crore. The fare will also be increased by 15% every three years.
More than 80 trained experts will be present
More than 80 trained experts will be present in this Noida store of Apple and they will give all the information to the customers about all the Apple devices iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac. In this store, customers will get to experience Apple’s premium services, which include custom setup of the device, help in easy switch from Android to iOS, old device exchange through Apple Trade-In and EMI facility.
