- To check your name in Uttar Pradesh SIR 2003:
- Go to https://ceouttarpradesh.nic.in/
- Remove the pop-up and hover over “Voter Services”
- From the drop-down menu, click “Electoral Roll PDF 2003”
- Once inside, you will have to put in two details – District and Assembly Constituency (AC) and then click on ‘Show’.
- A table will now appear in front of you showing “AC Number”, “Part Number”, “Voting Station Name” and “Link”.
- Below the table is a list of page numbers: If you don’t find your part number on the first page, keep clicking through the pages until you find yours
- Once you find the part number and voting station name, click the “Download” link under the “Link” column for the part number and voting station name
- You will be asked to enter a captcha; Once you enter the PDF file, it will automatically download to your device’s download section
- Open the PDF file and scroll down to the second page. From here, keep checking your name, your parents’ names, or your relatives’ names
Who should fill out the SIR census form?
If you are a registered voter in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh or West Bengal, you must fill the SIR census form in the next three months to ensure that your name remains in the electoral roll.
