

Weight Loss Tips: Famous celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, who has given fitness advice to big heroines like Kareena Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, has shared three simple and effective weight loss tips on her Instagram account with the caption ‘Fitness Project 2025’. He has described these tips as guidelines for a 12-week fitness project.
1. Bajra roti once a week
Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar said that include pearl millet in the diet at least once a week. He told that millet reduces hair fall, increases energy and strengthens immunity. In case of difficulty in digestion, it is advised to mix one spoon of ghee and 50 percent rice flour in the roti flour. It is also advised to finish the meal with jaggery and to ease digestion with garlic chutney or pickle.
2. Do stretching every day
In the second guideline, Rujuta Diwekar emphasizes on physical flexibility. Daily stretching helps prevent injury, improve balance, and increase running power. Rujuta shared a simple stretch routine, which suggested stretching exercises for the shoulders, back, hips and leg areas.
3. Create separate screen zones at home
The third tip relates to limiting excessive screen use. Rujuta Diwekar suggested creating a small screen zone at home where scrolling can be done only while standing and imposing a strict ban on phones in the dining table, bed and bathroom. This prevents distraction while eating and improves digestion.
Rujuta Diwekar reminded her followers that improving small habits is the real magic for sustainable health. He told that the goal should be to lose 5‑7 percent weight every year, only intense dieting is not enough. One can try to lose weight at home by adopting these three simple measures.
